Reporting a problem
So we can help on the first reply, please include:
- your username (not your password — we will never ask for it)
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- the date and time, and a screenshot if you have one
- your device and app version, if the issue is in the mobile app

Your account and your data
To delete your account and the data attached to it, open the app and go to Account → Remove Account, or send the request directly using this form. We will confirm once it is done.

A reminder about what this is
GaMa.Market is for practice and education. Every trade is simulated with virtual funds against live market data. No real securities are bought or sold, no money can be deposited or withdrawn, and virtual funds have no monetary value. If anyone contacts you asking for money on behalf of GaMa.Market, it is not us — please report it on the WhatsApp number above.
